30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
- Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another verified issue caused during shipping or fulfillment.
- If the product is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on:

- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Tags and original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
